酒店设施很好，地理位置优越，附近有不少地道的美食，住了两晚过程都很愉快。退房的时候前台的曹小兰说每个房间退房需要5分钟左右的时间，我有三个房间，大概等了15分钟后，我催了一下曹小兰，她当时有个客人办入住，我再等一会儿，我再催了一下，她抬抬头看了我一眼，说：哦，你是授权啊，它会自动退款的。我问：那房间可以了吗？曹小兰又把我推给另一个接待弟弟，那时候办入住的客人走了，我没忍住语气不太好的说了接待弟弟，在这里跟弟弟道歉！
