入住时明明订的是能上网的房间，可前台给我了一间不能上网的房间，打电话要求换房的时候前台居然说需要多加钱才可能，因此与艺龙确认此事，大约10分钟后前台的值班经理来为我更换房间，同时说我订的房间是可以免费上网的。一共订了3天，门卡每天到中午12点以后都会失效，到前台询问此事，得到的回复是你是不是和手机放的太近了？我真是晕死，为了门卡不消磁特意放在离手机很远的地方，再说了怎么每天都是中午12点以后失效呀？因为临时有事要坐第2天晚上的火车回北京，因此与前台协商是否可以延迟到晚上7点退房加收半天房费，打电话给值班经理，值班经理的电话无人接听。打电话到前台，前台称过后回复，大概过了半小时前台服务员称6点以后必须付全天房费，我真的是不想再和前台说什么了，这个酒店真是让我觉得太差了，居然还说是赤峰最好的酒店，下回有机会再来肯定不住这里。

跟价钱完全不成正比，尤其是卫生间的设施，床也不符合此价格标准，都是弹簧，搁得难受！

8月6-8日住了两晚,总体还不错,就是结帐时被告之卫生间烟灰缸摔掉个角,死活让赔96元.本人非烟民,根本没有关注次物在哪里放着,更何况动之.郁闷!!提醒各位关注此酒店的朋友,如入住一定要时刻检查房间设施,否则,就会向本人一样被黑!!!!!!

在赤峰来讲这家酒店算是顶级的,挺够档次的.硬件和软件服务都比较到位,整体感觉挺好的.

卫生间较差，好多装修细节很不好。酒店比较冷清，没有宾至如归的感觉。相比较国内同样级别的酒店，其价格高出40%。
