第一次入住这个酒店，外观看上去大气上档次，酒店经理刘新杰服务非常专业，一路送到电梯口，前台申思操作的也很流畅，非常热情，以后来赤峰还会入住

酒店给我的整体印象不错，入住和退房刘新杰经理和郭晓哲经理都有指引和帮忙拿行李。前台辛晓松还送了可乐给我们。酒店后面就有一个植物园，景观不错，卫生也很干净
