饭店在一个冬天是滑雪场的山谷里，周边什么都没有，不能买东西。二层是一个自助餐厅，50一位，几乎没有人用餐，六层是零点餐厅，人均消费50元。
房间里设施简陋，没有沙发，只有两把椅子。
三人间在一楼，一楼大厅是售楼处，有时买房的人很多，隔音不好，很吵。
早饭还没有吃，不好评论。
580元一晚，性价比不高！

不到17点入住就没有热水，反映到前台，说管线故障，正在处理，已启动锅炉烧水。到20:30水还不热，反映给客房部，说还在处理，无法确定几点修好，让找前台经理。一直到晚上10点准备休息了，水温还是不够。期间投诉到艺龙，艺龙很快反馈积极协调，并答应给与适当补偿。
