快到酒店的时候车子拖底，处理保险耽搁了路上度假的心情，旅行并不愉快，但非常感谢酒店的工作人员开车出来接我们并陪我在寒冷的夜晚一直办好手续

主要带孩子滑雪，楼下家庭房，住的还可以，就是有些冷，餐厅的饭实在是不好吃，希望改进，之前朋友一致推荐饭菜，吃了几顿很失望

去滑雪住在这里，房间不错，干净舒适，地暖很暖和。餐饮的接待能力较弱，自助早餐高峰期需要等位，食品质量一般。原先地下一层的学具大厅没有了，这点不如以前。
