唉！订本酒店只能说是这个旅行中最大一败笔.房间冷的得穿棉袄棉裤睡觉.和携程客服沟通了几次.酒店拒绝退房.前台要求退房的客人陆陆续续.房间卫生和设施更差.建议携程网和商家合作时多了解了解.再销售.想订此酒店的亲们.慎重下单.稍暖心的是 前台服务员还算比较好

卫生很差，进屋后满屋子下水道的味，浴缸脏的用不了，水龙头上有水质，地上的瓷砖都裂了，这次被携程坑了……
