首先说，酒店的位置不错，对面就是百荷公园，可以散步。服务态度也很好，热情热心，每天赠送小果盘。主动询问是否还有其他需要帮助的地方，听说我们要去爬九华山，就赠送前往游客服务中心的免费车票，并为我们打包早餐。但是酒店设施较为陈旧，在餐吧上居然没有什么零食和免费的咖啡饮品，实在是说不过去。酒店玻璃的隔音效果不是很好。洗漱间的空间太小，根本达不到四星级的标准。房间内的办公桌上没有摆放台灯，档次就掉一截啦。在一个三线小城市，将近四百元一晚的住宿价格，这些配置，性价比实在是太低啦。
