酒店的服务人员非常的热情，无论是前台接待还是客房服务人员，都给人很舒服的感觉。有地下停车场，酒店的边上就是百荷公园、百牙塔等景点，很适合晚上散步。酒店周围环境也很安静，早餐也较为丰富。非常不错，得推荐。

非常愉快的一次入住，前台的工作人员的热情让我真正体会了一次宾至如归的感觉！我是个比较挑剔的人，但对于这次我无法挑剔。特别是酒店无微不至的贴心服务，让我感动的是，出差这两天天气阴雨绵绵。下车的时候伞落在了车上，路上淋湿了衣服，还不停的打喷嚏…进酒店办理入住的时候跟大堂经理无意中聊到这点。入住房间换洗好后，没想到有工作人员敲门给我递上一份热腾腾的姜汤，并说阴雨天气衣服不容易干，主动帮我把需要换洗的衣服拿去客房清洗烘干。在我吃完晚饭后回到房间，发现我的衣服已经整齐的叠好放在了床边。真心赞！次日临走的时候那位大堂经理还贴心的送了一把雨伞给我，顿时心暖暖的～以后来池州只选大九华宾馆！
