酒店无论是硬件设施还是软件服务都非常好！首先是酒店位置绝佳，距游客中心5分钟路程。其次是前台服务非常棒，办理入住专业、快速，便捷，还帮我带孩子并送到客房门口，个性化服务和亲情化服务做得非常好，必须点赞。再则客房环境干净卫生、幽雅清净，而且我不小心把水杯打翻了，弄得地上全是水，客房工作人员不到5分钟就来帮我处理，真的很暖心！还有就是早餐品种很丰富，味道也不错，达到高星级酒店水准了！各方面都棒极了，会推荐朋友入住！

酒店离大裂谷很近，送两张60元的抵扣券，比买半票还便宜，房间干净整洁，服务态度热情，我们很满意，值得推荐。

还不错，在这上面属于最好的酒店了，8月份的天气都不需要开空调，是避暑休闲的好地方！到大裂谷也非常方便！
