酒店外体开始斑驳，且凡网上订房的客人一律不给大裂谷优惠票及其他客人相对应的用餐等优惠券。此外，连一张小方巾擦手后有点脏也让客人赔，明明可以洗干净。另外，网上订房酒店不开发票。
