The hotel is well situated - only a 20 minute walk from Hongyadong and right opposite Raffles Plaza! It’s also close by to Bayi Street Food and very easy to get Didi right outside the hotel. I was a bit confused as it is in a building with multiple other services but the staff members there assisted quite easily ume despite the language barrier and lateness in the night. My room were up some stairs but the staff members assisted me with luggage. There were some marks on the wall but the rest of the room was quite clean with daily cleaning!

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is just right in front of Raffles City and above metro station so very close to go to anywhere. There are a lot of food options nearby the hotel. Room is clean but wall need some polishing. Separate toilet which is great if you have 2 person or more and suprisngly the toilet is equipped with bidet plus seat warmer.

Decent location. Close to everything you need. Lifts can be busy and the men hassling you every time you leave the building to provide taxi service is annoying. Other then that, the place is good value for what it offers. Would book again.

I came just for a weekend holiday. The hotel stay was very convenient. It is in a perfect spot of city centre and less than 100 meters from Chaotianmen metro station, Exit 1. This made it easy to get around if you don't like walking too much. The receptionists were very lovely and helpful. ?? The rooms were quite clean with all the standard hotel room items provided. I would highly recommend staying here.

必须给顽石酒店打五星！订的双床房一进门就被惊艳到——落地窗正对着来福士，躺在床上就能打卡重庆地标，白天看城市烟火，晚上看灯光秀，视野绝了！房间乾净整洁，床品柔软亲肤，独立衞浴乾湿分离，大电视和窗边的椅子也很贴心。位置就在来福士对面，步行到朝天门、洪崖洞都超近，下次来重庆还住这儿！

Love the location - right opposite raffles shopping mall so it was super convenient as my last stop where I can complete lots of shopping ??
It is also easy to walk to Hongyadong (15-20 mins away), Xiahaoli and Longmenhaolaojie (20-30mins) and JieFangBei (25-30mins)
On a side note, the hotel room is smaller - no chairs and small tables. Just bed and bedside desk.

非常满意，在房间直接就能看到来福士，楼下就是地铁口，酒店装修也是我喜欢的风格，前台服务好还帮忙拿行李，来重庆体验最好的一家酒店！！
