自己一个人出来旅游，寻思订个中心位置的酒店，本来以为就那样了，结果超出我的预想，酒店在解放碑中心的位置，却是一点不敷衍，房间装修温馨，床也很软和，因为他们的房型有区别，前台小姐姐还带我几个房间都看一下，选择自己喜欢的房间入住，服务周到也很热情，房间面积也挺大的，一个人住完全ok的，房间也会备一张取电卡，开着空气净化器排风扇通风透气，因为连住了好几天，每天也都不用给前台説，客房大姐都会帮忙打扫衞生，打扫得也很仔细，矿泉水什麽补得很勤，房间设施也都很齐全，还有蓝牙音响呢，超级适合年轻人边洗澡边听歌，放松一天的疲惫，环境也都完全ok，可以説性价比真的非常高了，值得推荐的一家酒店！

我们从机场过来差不多半个小时就到酒店，办理入住在酒店大堂1楼，房间非常乾净，客房阿姨打扫得很仔细。位置绝对没得説，在房间都可以看到解放碑，距离洪崖洞，白象居，长江索道都步行可达，设施设备都不错。床垫睡起很舒服，前台服务员普通话很标准，办理入住很亲切，退房後还可以免费寄存行李，去解放碑的八一路好吃街逛一圈，在酒店门口打车去机场，非常方便。非常推荐大家入住，入住很满意的！

I used to be a supporter of Lavande and hoped this hotel chain would not disappoint me further.
Cleanliness of the room can definitely be better.
This hotel is located in a building which is sharing with offices, hence during morning peak hours, you expect to wait for the lift. No security to your room floor. Therefore, anyone can simply go up and slot "funny advertisement" through your door.
Near to MRT is the plus point with surrounding many eateries.

The hotel’s location was perfect. 10 -15 mins comfortable walk to shibati and hongyadong. 2 mins walk to subway. Less than 5 mins walk to Bayi food street.
The service was perfect. Upon check in , staff will encourage you to add them on we chat for easy communication. Response was quick. Example: I asked for the nearest exit to our hotel and also for their number to order food delivery.
Room is clean and very comfortable. Not noisy as I thought it would be despite hotel smack in the centre of many attractions and huge human traffic.
Downside , lift movement is super slow.
