Overall, the experience was great. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. They even help us with navigations within the city. The rooms are clean. Though would prefer the limit the communal spaces to non-smoking area as the smoke can be quite distracting when passing by.

房间很大很有空间感 每天都会打扫 非常乾净 而且就在地铁站附近 地理位置很好
三楼还有茶室可以休息喝茶 很棒！
前台小姐姐们的态度也非常友善 住得很舒服呢～

位置很好，距离七星岗地铁站1号口很近，出行很方便，点外卖也很方便，小机器人会送到门口。
酒店还是比较新的，环境很不错，订的有窗房，也不吵。前台小姐姐也很nice，服装很有特色。
下次来重庆还会考虑来这里住的～

刚从他家退房，体验超棒。服务人员热情周到，房间整洁舒适，设施完备。早餐丰富可口，位置佳交通便利。安静的环境让我休息得很好。性价比极高，下次还选这里，强烈推荐给大家。

1、订房时看的照片，非常有误导性 该房型照片展示的是电视屏幕不是窗户，到了告知是无窗的，虽然在文字展示是有写但体验很差；
2、该房型位於布草间和机房（可能）旁边 时常有异响；
3、由於无窗 且无空气净化器，刚装修 甲醛和其他异味 特殊人羣谨慎入住！
4、房间内无法拨通前台电话，只能手机呼叫；
5、榕树下是个梗，实际是装修在写字楼内的後改酒店；（有创意但具有欺骗性）
6、最後床上有木屑，实在太累懒得跟前台説了；
