This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The amenities were top-notch and added an extra touch of luxury to my experience. I was particularly impressed with the level of detail and room size of the deluxe suite.
Highly recommend this hotel to tourists who are looking for a place with good accessibility, luxurious and comfortable experience.
In addition, the frontline staffs - 玲玲，阳阳，七七were incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

是在重庆住得最满意的酒店，真的很推荐。在重庆白天citywalk很累，在鑫山酒店晚上休息的很好，很安静床也很舒服，第二天也能精神满满继续玩。前台服务人员都很和善专业，特别是前台燕子，很热情地帮我提行李。酒店周边环境很好，交通也很方便。间里的设施也很齐全，洗衣机冰箱都有，非常适合旅行落脚，推荐推荐~

酒店挺好的，地段非常好，离解放碑步行5分钟，江景也不错，离较场口和小什字以及湖广会馆、十八梯，都是步行可达的距离。
房间设施良好，前台热情有礼貌，每个房间还配有伊莱克斯的洗烘一体机，再也不用担心在重庆吃完火锅後浑身是味儿了。窗外就是长江，江景很棒，下次还住这里。

前台服务人员很热情，我们预定四个晚上，当天抵达机场时是晚上10点多，到饭店已11点多了，很幸运被升级入住行政套房，我们楼层在35楼，晚上很安静，夜景很漂亮，第四晚凌晨1点多隔壁住客聊天嘻闹很大声，我们跟前台小姐姐反应，过一会儿隔壁安静了许多，此次入住真的挺满意的！楼下就有便利商店，八一小吃街和按摩店都在附近，走路到的了，这就是住在闹区的好处?? 下次有机会来还是会选择这间酒店????

酒店离解放碑非常近，去哪里都很方便，原本定的双床，免费升级带客厅的套房，一家四口住非常适合，就像家一样，还有微波炉烤箱冰箱洗衣机，23层看江景一览无遗，前台的小蒋小阳还有玲玲特别热情，非常感谢，一定推荐给朋友

酒店服务很棒因为有长者，升级到套房，非常宽敞明亮，几次的小问题小阳都我们处理好服务非常棒，提几个小小建议：马桶旁应该有一个小架子可以放手机，房间缺少穿衣镜，冲凉水量有点小，总体来説很满意下次还会选择鑫山酒店

房间很好很乾净，也很大。来重庆就是要住得好住得舒服，不然走一天下来太累了。房间衞生很不错，很乾净。设施让我很惊喜，冰箱洗衣机微波炉都有，非常好。最後感谢前台佳佳和真真的服务，非常贴心的两个小女孩

柜枱办入住手续非常顺利，柜枱小姐姐通知已免费帮忙提升房间，太好了！小姐姐也非常的友善??。打开房门的一刹那，惊住我们了！简直是太豪华又舒适！我们的4天3晚简直是住??不要太舒服了??往後到重庆，还会选择入住的！
