The hotel is new, clean and spacious.
Convenient location which is near jiefangbei.
The hotel front desk is very very helpful; they helped to dry our clothes when the dryers are being occupied at midnight and WeChat us when the clothes are done for collection. They are also very friendly and responsive, helping us to check where to buy a China SIM card.
Definitely will come back for another stays if we travel to chongqing in the future????

The location of this property is convenient, and the staff are attentive. However, I regret not booking a proper hotel. This feels more like an apartment with a small lobby, and the rooms are small and lack carpeting, which seems inappropriate for a supposed 4-star hotel. Honestly, it should be classified as an apartment rather than a hotel.
Additionally, the lobby is located on the 28th floor, not the 32nd as advertised. There are only two small elevators, which can be frustrating when there’s a long wait.
What bothered me the most, and likely explains why the reviews are overwhelmingly positive, is that during check-out, a staff member actually asked to write the review on my phone. I found this behavior unacceptable and declined. This is an honest review from a customer’s perspective.

体验很好，房间宽敞明亮，衞生打扫的也细致。而且服务相当到位，回覆都很及时。交通便利。和解放碑摇窗相望！如果再去重庆，还住你家

乾净衞生 ，位置很好，解放碑就在酒店背後，好吃街也很近，吃了一碗酸辣粉十五元，味道确实可以。离小什字地铁站也比较近，走十几分锺。

酒店位置和房间装修风格，都超级棒??设备也很齐全，装修风格特喜欢，很现代风。 而且价格还超级便宜??物有所值啊！暗自庆幸觉得自己特厉害，能找到这麽好的酒店。女服务员的态度超热情很温和，服务到位，秒回讯息，补充用品也特及时。
