Very helpful hotel staff. The staff taught us to use the subway and it is inexpensive and more convenient than didi. Will definitely stay here again as hotel is besides the subway. In Chongqing, it is better to use the subway.

Nice hotel. Well decorated with the Orange theme. Even toothpaste is orange flavour. Good location near metro line. Limited number of restaurants opposite of busy road. Lacks convenient stores nearby. Big bathroom.

Although not english speakers, the receptionists and attendants are always eager to help by using translators on their phones. They also added me in WeChat so I could communicate through there instead of the room's phone, since they can't understand spoken english good enough. In WeChat they had the kindness to speak in my mother tongue (portuguese), so I didn't have to translate anything. The room was perfect, the only thing that wasn't working was the electric courtain, and they offered to fix right away, but I preferred not to bother with that, since it could still be opened and closed manually. They offer free bottles of water, and they come to your room through their robot :)

- 酒店地理位置不错，距离各景点不远，全程打车方便。
- 前台服务态度良好，主动提供协助。
- 房间够大够干净，灯光充足。
不好：
- 江景房的景色不及期望，花钱住江景房(不是升级)，但却对着民居，只有很遥远的一点点江景，这应该叫城景房吧? 感觉被骗
- 酒店内的隔音很差，3晚都听着隔壁/楼上聊天的声音和洗澡声，睡不好。室外的隔音反而做得不错。
- 沐浴露空了没有补充，等了半小时才送上来。

前台服务人员态度很耐心周到，入住的房间布局也很宽敞明亮，挺大的房间，洗发液护发素这些用品都是拧死的打不开，花洒能拧开但是不里面看见的。
酒店位置离地铁站也很近，总体不错。
ps对面文婆婆火锅味道一般般，有点后悔。

酒店地理位置还是蛮优越的，出了地铁站走几步路就到了，进大堂能闻见淡淡的橘子味，走10分钟就到李子坝观景平台了，旁边山上就是鹅岭公园，前台小姐姐很热情，因为赶时间来不及洗衣服，还帮忙拿去送洗烘干了，非常感谢

位置：酒店挨着牛角沱地铁（步行5-7分钟），距李子坝穿楼轨道站一站地（步行大约十多分钟）。酒店设计及装修：桔子酒店现在的设计风格我很喜欢，暖色调为主，基本能释权“乐活”这个理念，各种设计很人性化。服务：服务很不错，特别是前台那几个姑娘和小伙子，服务很贴心??。酒店是独栋楼，从里到外清洁的都很干净，特别强调门口台阶很干净看着舒服。酒店有自己的停车位，免费，这很难得（在重庆），开车的朋友记得看到牛角沱地铁口就是酒店地下车车库入口了，别错过。

Pros:
- 5 stars for the front desk
Front desk staffs and housekeeping lady are kind, friendly and helpful, they really try their best to help me out, I really appreciated.
- Very close to metro
- Many local eateries opposite hotel
Cons:
- Be aware if you travel during cooler weather and cannot stand hot temperature in room (the time I traveled was around 14°c)
The hotel is using centralised aircon, so during this period especially night time, they will adjust the aircon to warm air only, but I feel it’s hot air instead, which is super hot for me.
The room have small window though, you can open and let the cool air in but I don’t used to let window open while I sleep and basically cannot turn on the aircon because it’s hot air.
Feedback to the front desk lady, after her coordinate with the management, they help to adjust my room to normal aircon mode
- No proper taxi or car drop off area
You have to get off at the roadside with no shelter, and carry your luggage up slope or by staircase, definitely not suitable and convenient for people that have the big or heavy luggage, moreover it’s during raining season.
I went to the front desk and ask for help
- Soundproof is not good, you can hear loud noise when other room flushing the toilet
- Odd smell from the shower room as soon as enter the room
