我们是国庆节当天来到酒店，前台1号和2号服务人员非常给力，帮我们预订的两间房提前安排在一块方便照顾，4号和5号客房姐姐非常友善，有求必应。酒店很新很干净，出行也非常方便，位置很好。

酒店地处核心商圈，可以观看江景，轻轨就在眼前，步行5-10分钟即可抵达解放碑、洪崖洞、长江索道，人民大礼堂和三峡博物馆就在隔壁等热门景点，周边餐饮、便利店、地铁站密集，出行无需依赖交通工具。前台1号和2号小姐姐态度非常热情大方，服务细心周到，已推荐身边朋友光顾

第一次入住重庆沃林净旅，便收获了一份不期而遇的安心。它隐于写字楼中，不闻喧嚷，只见便利——楼下便是便利店与瑞幸，晨起一杯咖啡，夜归一包零食，生活节奏悄然落定。
步行十分钟即达地铁，像握住了一把打开山城的钥匙。信步可至三峡博物馆与人民大礼堂，李子坝穿楼也不过两站距离，这座城市最生动的表情，原来都等在步履之间。
真正打动我的，是那些超越期待的细节。重庆近40度的炙热中，酒店提前打开空调迎接，一推门，清凉如拥抱；早餐不止丰富，更有现做的小面在舌尖唤醒清晨；迷你吧饮料小食不断供，离店时还收到一份麻花伴手礼——不是流程化的服务，而是一种体贴的自然流露。
智能窗帘安静开合，智能马桶轻语服务，书吧与洗衣房静候一旁，虽未使用，却让人感到被周全照顾的温暖。正因为这份踏实，返程时我毫不犹豫再次选择这里，而老板慷慨升级的江景家庭套房，更让两江夜景成为窗前流动的画卷。
还要特别感谢前台工号1号和3号的服务人员，他们的热情不是职业的表情，而是发自内心的周到，为这段旅程添上了温暖的句点。
滨江路店崭新舒适，解放碑店位置热闹，皆是不错的选择。若再来重庆，这里依然会是我的落脚处——像回到山城中一个熟悉的归处。

首先这个酒店位置蛮好，离洪崖洞很近，离地铁站也近，就在江边上，酒店前台在四楼。晚上很清净。整个装修风格很宋式，房间很大，一室一厅的感觉，床品舒适，连拖鞋都准备得很好，感觉就像在家里，需要的物品酒店都考虑到了。前台和保洁工作人员的服务也都特别好，我们游玩回来饿了还给赠送了小汤圆送到房间。mini吧台里面准备了可乐菊花水矿泉水还有小零食全都免费，孩子们高兴的很哈哈，退房后又给我们拿了伴手礼，特别周到，以后到重庆还会来的。非常推荐

I had a very pleasant 5-night stay at the hotel. The room layout and design are very well thought out, making it both comfortable and convenient. The hotel also provides many facilities such as laundry and cleaning services, which made my stay even easier. Special thanks to the cleaning auntie (Service No. 1) who kept my room spotless every day and always greeted me warmly. Her hard work and dedication really made me feel at home.
我在酒店入住了五晚，整体体验非常愉快。房间的布局和设计十分用心，既舒适又便利。酒店也提供了很多设施，例如洗衣和清洁服务，为旅程带来了极大便利。特别要感谢清洁阿姨（服务编号1），她每天都把房间打扫得非常干净整洁，还总是热情问候，让人倍感温暖。她的细心和付出让我有宾至如归的感觉。

hotel is located in a commercial building. For those who are very particular about security, it may not be your choice then as the access to the guest floors is not restricted. Hotel is new, with spacious room and clean toilet. Breakfast is more of local style with steam items, stir-frying stuff with some breads. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance of 2 metro stations. It's quiet and yet not too far from the key attractions at Chongqing.

This was my first visit to Chongqing, and I chose WallingHotel. They operate two branches—one at Jiefangbei Hongyadong and another at Binjiang Road. Since we preferred a quieter environment, I opted for the latter, and it turned out to be a satisfying choice. The only minor drawback is that while the train stations are within walking distance, they’re not exactly close. Fortunately, taxis here are inexpensive, so getting around wasn’t an issue.
The hotel itself is located inside an office building, with the front desk on Level 4 and the rooms on Levels 15 and 16. The only concern is that access feels a little too open, with minimal security control, as the floors are generally accessible to anyone.
That said, I was very pleased with everything else. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable, making it a relaxing stay. A huge plus is that they provide washing machines and dryers free of charge—so you don’t need to pack too many clothes.
Breakfast is served as a buffet, but what impressed me most was their thoughtful alternative—if you happen to miss it, you can still enjoy a comforting bowl of noodles. I absolutely loved their noodles; they truly capture the authentic, bold flavors of Chongqing’s traditional spicy style.
What really stood out, though, was their service. During checkout, I realized I had left my phone cable in the room. To my surprise, the staff proactively contacted me through social media and arranged to have it delivered to my next hotel. That extra effort left me with a lasting, positive impression.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend WallingHotel to everyone visiting Chongqing.

房间很干净，走廊里都是香香的很好闻，我们是一家人带着宝宝出游的，很注重酒店的卫生，这个酒店很干净，服务也很好，大家放心冲，酒店还给提供重庆特色小零食，都很好吃，还有很多饮料，矿泉水和咖啡都是免费的，酒店还配有洗衣机，烘干机，对于重庆的炎热天气非常友好，前台小姐姐和客房保洁阿姨人都非常的好，早餐种类也非常丰富，退房的时候还给送了当地特色的小麻花伴手礼，超级贴心

酒店的小姐姐服务超级好 超级有耐心的 尤其是2号小姐姐很热心也很友善 酒店也很卫生 有很多附加的服务 感觉有的时候会有很多琐碎的小事麻烦到酒店 但是感觉不管是清洁的阿姨还是前台的小姐姐 都超级有耐心 尽量满足我们的要求 让我对重庆的印象巨好 大家都给我无脑冲这个酒店??（忘拍照片了 就附一张洪崖洞夜景吧~）

酒店交通便利，曾家岩地铁站就在400米附近，去李子坝和解放碑都非常方便。每位员工都非常热情，特别是1号和2号员工，耐心回覆我们的问题，给我们很多旅游路线指引，还有1号保洁阿姨，细心照顾我们，非常感谢！强烈推荐沃林净！
