Our stay here truly exceeded expectations. We’ve stayed here for 4 days 3 nights. If I return to Chongqing, I would not hesitate to rebook this place.
The hospitality was outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. It honestly felt like a 100000/10 experience. PLUS the breakfast tasted so homey, we look forward to it every morning.
The room was spotless and great. I have absolutely no complaints on comfort or cleanliness.
Location wise, this place is a hidden gem. It is slightly away from the city center, which means it is peaceful and quiet, a huge plus given how busy and traffic heavy CQ can get (trust me you’ll appreciate some quietness). At the same time, it is still very convenient to get around and reach all major areas/attractions.
Highly highlyrecommended.

我家娃超爱的一家酒店，老板非常热情，刚到找不到，老板亲自出来接，一晚上娃都在房间各种摆拍，酒店离解放碑洪崖洞都很近，周边好吃的特别多，非常方便，推荐入住

房间很干净，有设计感。老板很热情，有问必答。房间隔音效果好，早餐也很好吃， 特色鸡杂面非常棒，合口味。再来重庆一定会覆住的～??????

卫生干净，服务热情，接送拿行李，细节到位。洗漱卫生用品很多样，早餐简单但很好吃，零食水果饮料很多，咖啡不错。总之很满意。

The moment you step out of your taxi on the street you are welcomed by the amazing people and brought too this amazing hotel. I’ve not experienced this level of hospitality in my life, smiles and warmth galore! The room we stayed in was so beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the river and city plus a great selection of drinks and snacks! They people here really made our stay in Chongqing so memorable! I ahead of time had the let the staff know it was my wife’s birthday and we were greeted with a bottle of champagne, they also helped with plenty of amazing recommendations for local food and attractions ! I cannot recommend enough to stay here we will be back!

这次入住重庆隐象酒店真的超出预期。
一进门就被空间设计惊艳到了，挑高的复式结构、原木与工业风的结合，很有艺术感，随手一拍就是大片。白天采光特别好，窗外城市景观很有重庆味道，晚上灯光一开，氛围感直接拉满。
最想夸的是这里的服务，工作人员都非常热情又有分寸感，从入住到离店都很耐心，有问题回应得很快，让人感觉很放松、很被照顾。不是那种刻意的热情，而是刚刚好的舒服。
房间干净安静，细节做得很到位，住起来很安心。整体体验下来，不只是住酒店，更像是在一个有审美、有温度的空间里短暂停留。
当然也有不足，首先是早餐时间持续太短了，可能是因为客房少而精致的原因。但是这一点对于常年晚睡且起床时间不规律的住客来说并不友好。其次就是酒店位置在老街中心，睡午觉时有被路人的喧哗吵醒过。一楼房间很大，相比于二楼温度更低，睡醒从二楼下来会有温差。
综合考虑，是一个人文关怀和设施都比较完善的酒店。值得考虑

这是一家把卫生和服务都做到极致的酒店。
因为是重度洁癖患者，即使只在重庆中转，也挑选了好久，最终选了这家酒店，老板和老板娘是那种特别和气，特别热心的人，到门口去接送我们，帮我们拿行李，介绍美食，让开了七个小时车的我们，真的有回家的感觉。
首先说说卫生，这是我出门在外最看重的，以前都是自己准备一套洗漱用品，在他们家，我用的是他们家的，真的是把洁癖客户的所有需求都照顾到了。进房就更换拖鞋，保证室内绝对卫生，所有地方一尘不染，连镜子，龙头，玻璃都一点水渍也没有，和家里一样干净，还准备了消毒湿巾，马桶垫是贴的，不用上手去套，手不用接触马桶，厕所里有香薰，我能想到的，老板都想到了。非常非常干净，重要的事说三遍。重度洁癖患者也不用担心。
再说说他们的用心。老板和老板娘的服务是那种不计成本的，有时我都在想，服务超出了他们的成本。所有的洗漱用品都是品牌的，家里自己用的，知道我带孩子，还给孩子准备了专门的品牌牙具，冰箱里准备了啤酒，可乐，橙汁，椰汁，很多瓶，还有可爱的苹果，给孩子准备了饼干，坚果，牛肉干，薯片一大堆零食，怕我们冷，提前就打开了中央空调，进门就好暖，穿短袖都可以的那种，我还在纳闷空调效果这么好时，发现他们还给我们开了油汀，真的是完全不计电费成本，只为顾客舒适。订的大床房，怕孩子不舒服，又给我们铺了舒适的小床，他们家的一次性拖鞋也是防水的，真的惊讶到我了。吹风是戴森的，化粧镜也是感应的，总之，住客能想到的，他们都为我们考虑到了。早餐也特别丰盛，孩子吃得很好，三明治牛奶水果，晚上出去吃火锅，老板怕我们不认得路，还带我们去。
第一次写这么多评价，因为老板太值得了，真的是花普通酒店的钱，享受六星级酒店的服务，下次我们到重庆来认真玩，再来老板家长住，谢谢??

在来的路上选了很久的酒店，看来看去都没有满意的。直到看到这家，马上就定了。房间很有设计感，是我喜欢的风格，很特别。卫生也做得很好，细节很棒，住着特别舒心，用的东西看得出是老板用心挑选的，周边也很清净，休息得很好。公区可以看看夜景，可以拍照。老板特别热情大方，以后来重庆还要住这里，超级棒！！

我真服了啊，这酒店怎么这么好住
1.装修好，是我喜欢的风格，重庆不管什么时候人都多，都不如在酒店里躺一天，太舒服了，哪里都是美景，设计感很强。房间外的露台也很好。
2.地理位置好，闹中取静，很方便
3.服务好，mini bar饮品还有好多小零食都是山姆买的，免费，好吃??老板有品
4.卫生不用说了，很干净
5.性价比很高，现在很多星级酒店，“网红”民宿，不仅设备老套，服务不好，还要价满天飞，但这家真的很合理，沙发其实也可以住一个人。
太好了，不多说了，我真不是托，求求你们都来住吧，我真服了，下次我还要来住（PS：照片是因为我行李太乱了，只能拍一点细节）
