酒店都还好，周末退房的时候不给开发票，说财务没上班，我也是醉了，让我留下信息等财务上班之后开好寄给我，结果人家寄的是普通挂号信，速度超慢，而且到了之后人家不投递，需要自己拿身份证去邮局取，简直***的感觉。现在这么多快递，如此方便，堂堂五星酒店整个普通挂号信，体验很不好，绝对差评！！！！！
