之前住过，这次算是回头客，可是这次的体验真的败光了之前所有的好感，尤其是服务。第一，房间里只放了一条浴巾。是的，你没有看错，没有毛巾，没有手巾，我以为是住的人少，太久没住忘了放，去前台问，他说这是标配，如果需要可以问前台索取。既然是标配，那么在办入住的时候看见是两个人，为什么不提醒呢？第二，再次回到房间，发现拖鞋也只有一双……准备打电话让前台送一双上来，发现房间的两个电话都没法用。幸好有一个小提醒牌，上面写着“如需服务，请拨打xxxx”，然后我们打了电话说了情况，结果客服人员说“我们人手不够只有一个人，你自己下来拿”……我明明上楼来的时候都看见前台一个人，沙发等候区还有一个人，都穿的你们酒店制服，所以这是什么情况？此时此刻，我们已经不想再说什么了，默默地下楼去拿。第三，这次入住的是商务客房，位于酒店的附楼，人很少，我们想要一间安静的无烟房，前台说我们这儿人少，都安静，于是给了我们6楼最角落的房间，正对施工工地，白天没注意，晚上那个声音……第四，退房的时候等了很久，好像是查房阿姨没过来……还有从前台到电梯黑黢黢长长的走廊我就不想说什么了，我觉得正是因为客人少，才应该注重服务吸引回头客，唉
