服务只能用糟糕来评价、灵活性太差。7月3日11点去入住，不能看体育频道世界杯，房间电话不能打电话。用自己电话打前台，居然在晚上十二点取消客人订单;让客人自己打电话去艺龙、携程申请退款。服务的结果是:酒店本身硬件问题，让客人晚上十二点出
去找酒店住。管理人员严重失职。

太垃圾了房间空调根本不制冷，无法手动调温度，晚上遭热醒几次，叫人来了也不行，这么大热天要热死人的节奏
