整体感觉很好，第一晚来到check-in已经是差不多晚上1点，台前客服跟我说我订的俩间房间都可以upgrade到套房，真系开心到不得了！一入到间房已经「哗」了一声，有客厅、俩厕、和masterroom; 空间感超大。每日酒店都有免费花茶自己调教饮用，超细心呀！因为嚟到重庆大部份时间都系食辣，?自己就唔系好适应，但系饮完啲菊花杞子水之后就纾缓咗好多！另外酒店仲有健身室同埋自助洗衣设备「正」！??
唯一美中不足系，我发现两个枕头，其中一个有少许污迹，立刻跟酒店服务员沟通，第二日早上帮我换咗?！另外厕所嘅渠位有少许气味，酒店可处理和正视一下，咁样就更加舒适。
酒店地址超方便，距离好多嘅景点都只需行10分钟多就到，下次再有机会再嚟都会考虑同一间酒店?????

新开的酒店，房间设施没得説，非常新。地理位置也很优秀，楼下就是解放碑，无论是坐地铁还是打车都非常方便。房间的mini bar还是免费使用。在此还要特别感谢一下Dorinda Zhou，不仅提前帮我办理了入住，还升级了房型，入住期间有任何需求也是全力满足，值得五星，下次如果去重庆还是会选择这家酒店入住。

地理位置优越，下楼就是解放碑八一路美食街，Anne服务很好，住宿环境也很好，细节做的不错，在楼上就能看见解放碑，早餐丰富，这个价位很值

Lack of Emergency Assistance and
Room Issues
On my last night at the hotel, I fell seriously ill.
Around 12 a.m., I went down to the concierge hoping to get assistance in locating the nearest hospital emergency department. Unfortunately, there was no one at the concierge desk.
I knocked on all the doors around the ground-floor concierge area but received no response. My husband then rushed back up to the 29th floor to try to find help. For a good 10 minutes, no one appeared at the concierge-not a bellboy, not security, no staff at all. This level of absence and lack of emergency support is very disappointing and not something I would ever expect from a five-star hotel.
Additionally, during our stay (we were a family group of 10 across four different rooms), one of the rooms had a malfunctioning air-conditioning system. The room was extremely hot, and everyone inside was sweating. We requested a room change, but were told that a replacement room would only be available the following night.

酒店位置非常方便，走路已经可以到达很多景点，附近又有很多商场及餐厅选择。
酒店内部非常新净，房间设备齐全，空间十足，装修风格好时尚，早餐选择丰富。在携程购买的3日2夜套票非常优惠！

第一次来重庆选择了新开的酒店，地理位置非常优越，就在解放碑旁边，楼下就是步行街，晚上站在楼上可以俯瞰整个周边夜景。因为是新酒店所以设施都很完善，床品和衞生也很满意，住的很舒服。要説缺点就是早餐人太多，基本上每天都和人拼桌，希望酒店能延长早餐时间避免大家拥挤在一起用餐。其次就是停车，因为酒店目前新开业，还没能有自己的停车场，需要把车停到大都会广场停车场，等到离店的时候再把停车费截图发给管家，管家再去给申请报销。这里要説一下我的管家penny很棒服务的很到位，停车费当天就给我报下来了，而且每天都会和我预约打扫时间，也会温馨提示一些小的注意事项，有什么问题也会第一时间和我沟通，真的服务很用心！很满意的一次住宿体验～
