设施：25年新酒店，设备都很新，单间空间也挺大
卫生：满意的，特地看过，冷气角落无灰尘
环境：这个不用说，中心地带商圈中心，下楼就是景点，对面就有商场餐馆
服务：penny接待的，有问必答，因为行李较多，又带着老母亲，所以退房问了下能不能直接房卡放房间，也支持的，重庆，我会再来的

The hotel location is great, it’s right next to the jiefangbei monument and a food street. The hotel is newly opened and everything inside is clean and modern. The hotel staff were exceptional too, especially Lucky, who went above and beyond to assist us with a restaurant reservation. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Unfortunately my first bad review in China.
Tina was amazing and really tried her best.
But the hardware isn't good enough.
The first room was good (if you don't include the sewage smell from the toilet) until at 23pm construction started right beneath it (you could hear all the banging outside although inside insulation was good)
Then I was moved to a different room which you could hear every step from above and every doorslam or kids screaming (late night and early morning).
This is me overlooking all the other room flaws.
Breakfast had a very small offering in my opinion.
P.S. moved here because the other hotel was on top of a construction site I guess this just wasn't my best 2 days.

Biggest tip to other travellers: book the superior king room. it has the best layout compared to the rest of the room types.
Gym is very generous.
Other than that location is very convenient. It is a new hotel so I was very comfortable with how clean everything is. Service was excellent , we communicated to the staff that we didn't like the current room and they have gone to the effect of switching the room for us.

这是一次很好的入住体验，是新开业不久的酒店，位置非常便利楼下就是解放碑设施设备都很新，前台Zoie服务态度很好，有问必答也推荐了周边的风景，很好的响应顾客的需要Rose办理入住也很负责细心！下次出游还会选择，而且Zoie美女真的很漂亮服务态度很好??

没想到能在解放碑最中心的位置订到这么高性价比的酒店，房间非常干净设施全新，早餐很丰富，主要是位置好的不能再好了，小遗憾是停车场还没准备好，不过客服Min很热心的加了微信，可以报销对面大都会的停车费，也很不错了，下次再来重庆不二的选择，特别适合重庆夜生活。
