地理位置超级方便 下楼就是解放碑和好吃街 地铁站也很近～
工作人员服务态度很好，会主动开门、拿行李，尤其是打扫衞生的娘娘态度超级好！！
拿破仑也很好吃，久仰大名，但是之前看到説住店客人有优惠好像没有了??

前台Mia 服务热情周到，退房时还赠了面膜和行李牌。酒店位置很好，离地铁站走着就能到，去哪都方便，房间乾净无衞生死角，无异味！需要什么联系前台立刻给送到！很好的体验，会推荐给朋友这家酒店！

酒店的餐厅氛围不错，客房衞生环境都不错，隔音好，睡得舒服，但有些地方还需提升，作为高端品牌酒店，建议智能化的介入，比如窗帘马桶等，mini吧收费取消，建议宾客赠送，矿泉水用农夫档次不太符合品牌调性，长白雪都可以。
