前台态度极差！都什么年代了，押金非要现金？磨磨唧唧十分钟都办不完开房手续，说了三个不行，先拿房卡上房间不行；不交现金不行，不拿押金收据不行！房卡不给你！大有一副你爱住不住，反正我们这规矩多的架势。说是五星级，无吹风机，拖鞋质量差的要死，空调听起来跟拖拉机似的。
