酒店属于老牌五星，设施比较旧而且比较Low。前台和客房的服务非常周到，入住体验很好，酒店就在解放碑旁边，地理位置优越，步行前往洪崖洞、长江索道、朝天门码头都不远，只是上下坡的路比较吃力。如此位置和服务的五星级酒店，这价位自然是性价比极高了。

整体不错，但白天施工噪音大，八点多就被施工声音吵醒，其次个人不习惯用房间水壶烧水觉得不卫生，晚上去前台想让工作人员帮忙接一杯热水，竟然说没有，我在想，你们难道不喝水？这是住酒店这么多次，唯一一次前台竟然说没热水的，只好晚上去街边卖饮品的地方买了一杯饮料接了一杯热水，这一点特别差评。
