在入住前打电话去问是否每个房间都有泡池，工作人员说是，工作人员也告知SPA房带天窗，在网上订和打电话订是一样的，就在艺龙预定直接预订了，晚上到房间只有一个木桶，也没有天窗，房间见图片，打电话问工作人员说预定的时候要备注，我预定之前没有人告诉我需要备注，没有人告诉我有两种房型，而且说好的天窗也没有。房间还发霉了，400多一晚的房间连一个200多的酒店都不如，在和工作人员理论之后给我们换了带泡池的房间，但是靠公路，房间隔音效果也很不好，一直能听到楼下房间的人在阳台聊天的声音和走廊里小朋友跑动的声音，房间设施陈旧，毛巾浴巾也很旧，酒店送的温泉票，只能第二天12点之前使用。很不愉快的一次入住。以后不会再去。
