我们一行五人，因为没有双床房而订的温泉家庭套房，结果当天又有了，多花了七百多，非常郁闷！房间挺大，两个卧室都有泡池，客厅有机麻。卧室的温度有点低，床很大但被子不暖和。说说外面的温泉吧，周五下午去人不是特别多，但小池子并不是很多，温度也低了一点，最不合理的就是住客只有一次进出温泉的权利。最喜欢的是酒店的山泉水火锅，温度菜品都不错，还不贵。但附近那家西木兔就名不副实了，有点失望。还有一个意见，深夜需要被子，前台却没有人值班，非常不开心。

1、服务杂乱，前台入住服务态度不好，很没有礼貌的感觉；2、定的spa房居然给了6468号房间！此房间太可怕了，位于走廊尽头的边角料，空间没有走廊宽，所谓的温泉池居然就是一个小孩沐浴桶！果断换房间；3、室内温泉限时供应差！spa房的厕所是开放式的，味道浓郁。被子很脏，有股未清理干净的汗渍味；4、最大的问题池子很少，最好的三个大池子，早餐餐厅对着能看见的那几个池子居然是别墅区专用，其他普通的就是个游泳池一样，唯有此处温泉池景色绝佳，商家却圈出来养贵族；5、实在不建议大家去池子少环境屁吵吵闹闹根本休息不好！体验感非常差差差！6、早餐在服务员耳边说要牛肉米线，说完一秒钟立马把杂酱倒了进去！无语啊！整个感觉就是脏乱差
