我是全款预付的，没想到会遇上停水，酒店不营业，没住。好吧，那能早点通知不，我们长途开车上百公里，拖家带囗的，晚上六点，快到酒店门口时才电话告知。酒店承诺的送我们去其他兄弟酒店，结果是我们自行前往，而且所谓的同档次房间居然环境连2星级都比不上，就这样还想让我们将就住。第一次在携程遇上这样的事，投诉半天，对我提出的赔偿，以携程自行退款告终，没任何说法，连一句报歉都没有，作为一名用了携程十年的钻石客户，我相当不满意这次携程客服的做法。

在奉节这么偏僻的地方，500多大床双早房，贵，附近四星酒店独此一家，早餐丰富，房间宽敞，附近有家农家乐不错

应该算是当地最好的酒店，感觉还可以，价钱偏贵。可能因为春节客人不多，晚餐被告知由于明天要准备一个婚宴，厨师晚上不开伙，附近也没其他吃饭的地方，建议吃方便面。。。。。
