硬件很好，服务也很热情。就是房间热水用的电热水器，一次只能用5—8分钟，有待改进。还有就是明明携程已经确认预订成功了的，前台却说没有记录。还好有多的房间最终解决了。

酒店挺新的，就是人太少了，怪吓人，淡季整个酒店只有我们一对在住！早起退房也要等半天，那服务员才起床，前台不是24小时有人。。。
