酒店应该已经很多年了吧，否则不会这样破旧，对不起悦榕庄这个牌子，就一个字可以表达“差”。大家千万别给官网图骗了，实际上就是很旧很小。服务态度也很差，吃个饭看不到服务员，台上盘子都不收走，小朋友不小心敲碎了一个杯子一个碗报价69、69.5，我还第一次碰到餐厅这种情况要赔偿，好我赔没怨言，但这样服务还好意思收10%服务费。

房间迷你吧配品太普通，小吃品种单调，酒水档次低，而且额外收费，和悦榕庄的等级不匹配，希望提高。两个中餐厅实际是一个中餐厅，装潢一般，酒店没有便利店，不方便。周边都是烂尾楼，而且没有直接上缙云山的登山步道，酒店内部散步路径少。
