酒店的软硬件设施还是很不错的，适合度假几晚，酒店员工的专业度也很不错👍。早餐品种多，味道不错，就是咖啡不算好喝。

定了两个晚上。第一天到属于五一长假第二天估计人还比较多所以温泉水温度还不错泡着挺舒服。第二天是假期最后一天估计没什么人了温泉温度就下去了，就这样的设施和服务真是让人失望，而且马桶那边一直反很大臭味。酒店的餐厅菜品价格很贵但味道还可以。老公还挺喜欢这里，但是对于我来说真心失望！淡季的服务都做不好很难想象旺季时候有人员和精力提升这些吗？

来之前充满了期待，悦榕庄经常听说还没体验过！失望从下车的那一刻就开始了。这样的服务和设施跟价格相比真是太不值。半夜厕所的电话开始像鬼片一样拼命尖叫，怎么搞都不好想把线拔掉可是费了半天劲也没拔出来，最后还是叫服务员来拔掉了。这个体验实在是差。而且厕所从第二天白天开始特别大臭味。来之前住的市区国贸格兰维酒店，感觉比这里的服务都好太多。这里唯一觉得好的就只有环境了，可环境是自然的酒店在可以改进和有待提高的地方都太多了！
