酒店的位置非常便捷和中心，下楼就是解放碑商圈，去哪都非常方便。工作人员非常细致有礼，各个年纪的服务人员都很专业。给我升级了江景房 送了早餐 帮定了船票，开房退房都非常迅速。送餐服务和餐点不错，早餐也不错。保洁阿姨打扫也很到位。泳池和健身房都很干净、安静。
唯一不足的是酒店确实比较老旧，房间内的设施和地毯比较旧，味道不是特别宜人，但是打扫的确实比较细致，一个人住了四晚，总的来说还是比较推荐的

酒店老土性价比基地关键的事酒店的前台服务态度极差，恶意侮辱顾客说要把顾客心理丢掉外面就因为入住了十四天的客户忘记订了当天的房间。同时客户还把房费补上了之后还是恶意拖延喝多了的客户一个小时才刷新房卡导致客户差点猝死。
