重庆洲际酒店是我住过的最差五星级酒店。前台接待人员张宇和甘芸裴服务态度恶劣，盛气凌人，故意刁难顾客。感觉没有受过培训，不要说以顾客为中心，连基本的尊重都没有。本来硬件设施不错的酒店被前台服务员给毁了，也严重影响了洲际酒店的品牌形象。另外房间的空调温度下不来，下午显示房间温度26度，感觉有点热。还有就是房间里面有台阶，晚上上厕所时得十分小心。房间霉味较重。

在酒店住了四晚，前两晚朋友订的 搞了乌龙日期一个月后 酒店人员非常好 积极热情的帮了我们让我们顺利入住，然后我在同程旅游再续订了两个晚上，酒店办理也非常方便，我们也不用换房间继续住着，唯一在打扫卫生的时候有点不到位，也许因为行李有些散的原因，但是桌面撒了咖啡没打扫，希望改善，其他服务热情礼貌周到。同程旅游的服务也很好 处理问题很快捷

认着洲际的牌子才去的，可是大失所望。酒店硬件很差，浴衣象快洗破的样子，早餐品种少得可怜，可以看下图中的哈密瓜，很难想象这是洲际的早餐水果，健身房的椭圆机根本就不好用，只有跑步机，泳池只有18米长，这是我见到最差的洲际，比不是皇冠。
