看到网上很多人説酒店比较旧，怀着忐忑的心情预订了，没想到完全超出预期！真的很符合五星级酒店的水准，气派的大厅，周到的服务，超大的房间，乾净的环境！不过房间内部确实可以看得出年代感，电视挺小的也不是很清晰，其他方面感觉都很不错！尤其是大厅开门和存行李的小哥，很有眼力价，很热情！

这次入住格兰维的体验感直接拉满！前台小七服务高效又热情，我抵达时已是深夜，工作人员依旧笑脸相迎，短短几分钟就麻利地办完了所有入住手续，还贴心地提醒了洗衣服务的取送时间，以及酒店健身房的开放时段，细节做得特别到位。更值得一提的是，礼宾管家慧敏每天送上暖心天气预报提示，提醒我穿衣，早晚温差大，别是格外用心。每次遇到突发小问题找她总是一一回应我，很有耐心。这一点让人感动；客服小钟更是有求必应，无论是谘询大厅的卤菜摊，还是需要额外的枕头，都能第一时间响应，解决问题的效率超高。房间乾净整洁，没有一丝异味，早餐的种类虽不算特别丰富，但胜在精致新鲜，现磨咖啡的口感超赞，搭配酥脆的麪包和热乎的粥品。离店时，大厅很有安全感的经理大熊笑脸相迎主动上前帮忙搬行李，很有眼力见儿，赞??这样的五星水准服务，完全超出了我的预期，下次出差来重庆，我一定还会选择这里！

这次重庆之旅纯属元旦刷到一个介绍改变世界历史的地方重庆“钓鱼城”的视频，非常震惊，很想实地去看看。重庆来过三、四次，每次都是出差，走马观花地逛逛，没有深刻印象。约好朋友，用了两天时间做攻略，在地图上选了一家性价比高的国贸格兰维大酒店订了五间豪华大床房。一天半的渝中游，这家酒店得到了大家一致好评：在我们出行前，酒店礼宾管家慧敏就提前联系我，告知重庆天气和穿衣提示；办理入住时，前台小秋热情周到，了解每人的需求，还给我们升级了两间房；小余给推荐安排了小吃。五星级水准名副其实，房间宽敞舒适，早餐丰富美味，最重要的是地理位置绝佳。出门往左下坡，解放碑、洪崖洞步行即可；出门往右下坡，重庆十八梯步行几分钟就到。去李子坝、曾家岩，解放碑那儿二号线临江门站上车，是渝中区游玩的首选地。
离开酒店到下一站时，朋友发现充电器忘在房间了，和管家慧敏一联系，马上给找到保管好，服务真到位。

Staff Pansy Chu provides ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? Excellent Room Service. Bottled Water is very well-supplied as and when Requested. Hotel has Hairy Crab buffet with lots Roe. Worth the $. Location is ideal with a Hotpot Open til midnight behind the Hotel, in an Alley 赠棒火锅 Best Beef & Seafood priced ?? ??

It was a comfortable walk from the nearest metro station. The hotel staff were efficient in their checkin and checkout processes. The rooms were large and clean and comfortable. Having a small luckin coffee outlet is definitely a plus point. There were eateries and local food gift shops around the hotel.
