早餐很丰盛，酒店位置优越，最让人感叹的是服务态度一流！服务细节决定你对一家酒店的感受，这次入住，服务态度（所有遇见的酒店工作人员）比在广州西塔入住的酒店都强，多个香格里拉酒店里只有少数一两家能和格兰维的服务相比，性价比高。缺点也有：楼上浴缸排水，房间里声音很大（浴缸离床近，中间是木框隔断），房卡消磁了两回

酒店服务超一流！！入住当天，前台服务员接待热情，在获悉是我第一次来重庆游玩就下榻该酒店，便主动给我免费升级到了行政房，并且还满足了我能在房间里看到美丽江景的愿望，值得点赞！！酒店门童服务主动热情！！房间设施完善、布局时尚，功能性强，洗漱用品OK，浴缸超大，卫生间干湿分离，非常喜欢这样的装修风格！！酒店服务贴心，会送上免费的酸牛奶和水果享用，一次非常满意的入住体验！！下次来重庆，还住这家给人温馨和时尚的酒店！！
