酒店很新，建成时间短。但可能受集团公司影响，酒店品质服务下降了很多，只有三星级标准。酒店房间很大，但也比较空旷，湖景房看出去环境很一般，酒店很多设施均未开放，例如健康中心、游泳场地。反而是周边居民可以随意进出酒店的公共部分，溜娃、唱歌，感觉像是公园一样了。酒店早餐一般，种类较少。
