1，酒店环境好，非常好
2，泳池水质不错，温度虽不太稳定但还不错
3，前台服务一般
4，大床房是两个床拼起来的
5，第二天很多东西都没换齐备，比如拖鞋比如手提袋，手提袋是装泳衣用，泳池在另外楼上
6，摆渡车等待时间较长，但是服务很好，细节到位

非常适合带孩子来玩的酒店，离主城（江北）开车1小时就到了，酒店门口停车位置很多，端午假期关系，车比较多，但是停车位很充足。房间面积大，设施齐全，虽然开业好几年了，但是不显旧。吹风是惊喜，特别好用，酒店周围绿树成荫，空气清新，很安静。如果参加酒店森林王国亲子套餐，还可以包含自助晚餐、免费参加划船、划船、农场、帐篷等等活动，非常划算！从酒店去运动中心娱乐中心步行大概需要10分钟，但是大堂经常都有电瓶车可以接送，很方便。早餐主要是面条、糕点、蔬菜、牛奶、杂粮、好几种粥…大人小孩都有吃的。房间有烧烤菜单，价格实惠。

去办理入住由于遇上了五一节，那个人山人海，可能是酒店管理的问题，好多吵架的，早晨很差劲，晚上的自助餐由于人多体验也很差，平时周末去还好，不建议节假日去
