合家欢的项目不行，儿童乐园几乎没人去，说换灯的时候，玻璃一地，至少要等到明天，很冷清，几乎也小朋友去玩，桑拿中心的热水阀门坏了，说水很冷，暂时不能去，住的房间的下水道坏了，一地都是水，打电话来工程部的人说来修不好，只有暂时把积水处理了，自助晚餐还算可以，酒店服务可以，是个不满意的周末，习惯好评。

酒店很不错，环境安静舒适，前台办理入住和退房都很迅速便捷，礼宾和客房服务也很不错，早餐挺丰富的，而且我过生日，酒店还赠送了蛋糕，非常满意，以后还会入住的

十一去重庆，选择了这家酒店。很不错，酒店环境优美，服务态度也很好，2.4米的大床非常舒服。早餐丰富，性价比很高，总之比较满意。
