曾经以为五星酒店不会发生的事情，但却发生了。不小心遗留了一块价值五万左右的表在酒店。居然拿不回了。这是我万万没想到的事情。酒店相信自己的员工。我也只有吃个哑巴亏。酒店的处理方式让人并不满意。多问几句都不耐烦。根本没有考虑过客人的感受。也许酒店也很难吧。毕竟招人也看不到人的品质。但处理事情的态度真的有待提高。

我住店一周，退房时落下了一块价值5万多的卡地亚的手表和一对珍珠耳环，酒店说没找到，当时我早班机，不到6点就退房了，9点20分飞机落地，这中间只可能是打扫卫生的服务员第一个进房间，居然说没找到手表！一个五星级酒店居然会有这样的恶劣行径，再此表示强烈愤慨！以后都不会入住了！
