除夕初一在JW万豪住了两晚套房 感受不错 初二搬到江北凯悦 与友人聚餐后半夜回到洗澡 水又黄又凉 一家人没法洗 电话客房说多放会 试之无效 不洗睡觉 第二天准备投诉换酒店 就在此时防务部门负责人陈总亲自过来解释了原因说是水泵昨晚坏了一只 没及时通知客人 随后给我们升级了房间 给孩子送了春节礼物🎁个人感觉过年期间这不能成为一个合适恰当的理由 不过还是接受了 提个意见 平日检查工作没到位 尤其是节假日期间 再就是有问题一定及时通知住客 陈总监个人倒是非常敬业尽职尽责 给他个人点个赞 👍 国内品牌五星酒店硬件是差不多的 比的就是软件服务 希望下次入住时有所改善 另外客房的饮用水也能换成配得上那五个星的标准 期待提高…
