服务真的很糟糕 当时办理入住花了快一小时 重点是我们在网上预订好的已经付过房费 前台也没有提醒我们就直接另外帮我们订了间 我想说你们前台都不查查客人是否已经订房吗 不用问吗 郁闷 一声不吭 结果还是我们自己发现的 跑去那个前台找 那前台还说不能退 **难不成 我和我女朋友一人一间吗 真的非常不好的体验
