酒店办理入住前台服务跟五星酒店不匹配，前台电话没人接，还有费用今天下午跟我来电话说要从押金中扣除，实在弄不懂，既然跟艺龙合作，这些就有考虑，为什么这样，晚上主动去电话，接电话小妹说要转前台，竟然没人接，也是醉了，万豪五星需努力，相对于重庆其它几家五星以下的有差距。
