服务很一般，一楼电梯口的迎宾耍手机，不引导。楼上办入住的服务员业务不熟悉，效率不高。来来往往的酒店员工除了外籍管理人员，中方的不管是管理人员还是服务人员，根本不会主动与碰见的客人打招呼致意，这在五星级酒店属于不可思议吧？房间小，比成都的尼依格罗的基础房型还小，房价还贵。服务完全不如丽晶，酒店装修和设施设备不如威斯汀，虽然比威斯汀新。

还可以吧，但酒店没有商务中心这个的确说不过去，需要打印就得自己去看看什么地方有，前台完全没有提供任何帮助，不应该是5星精品酒店的服务
