我住过的重庆三峡旅投下最差劲儿的一个酒店。记得开业不久我就去住过，还问过我意见，没改进。服务一般，房间布局一般，床上用品差劲儿。只是在本地是最好的。

服务差！预定的豪华单间到了却给安排普通标间，且态度生硬毫无歉意，百般推卸责任，被迫投诉后虽得以解决，但严重影响心情。酒店服务与五星等级不匹配。
