酒店的地理位置很好,就在王府井旁边。服务员的态度也还好。只是房间的设施实在差劲,不敢恭维。第一天住的房间，有股霉味还不要去说,晚上睡觉时滴滴的声音特别厉害，无法入睡。第二天跟服务员说了换了个房间,进去后却没有电的。再换一个房间,电视全是雪花无法观看,卫生间的洗脸盆是漏水的,电吹风的电线，可能断过后用胶布包起来的,淋浴房的门是关不紧的,洗澡时水全部流到外面,还好下水道还通，没有积水.墙上到处是灰，很脏的，烧水壶里面有锈迹的.这次是和朋友一起去旅游的,跟我住在一个宾馆，他也换了两个房间，情况跟我差不多.希望这家宾馆以后设施一定要改进一下。不能光靠服务员的态度好一点，而忽略了硬件。
