先说优点。地段非常好，就在解放碑。价格非常便宜。br缺点，房间很旧，属于酒店式公寓，一幢楼里有很多类似宾馆，因此电梯很忙。br服务很一般，早上7点去续房，居然还要等到9点后。br总体而言，如果对酒店品质不是要求很高的话，可以选择。性价比很高
