酒店服务很不错，我在入住前水土不服拉肚子，12点办理入住但是房间紧张需要很长时间才能入住，前台的小姐帮我催了一下，给我安排了15分钟入住。酒店客房在34---52层，风景很好，房间马桶，窗帘等都是智能的，客房服务也是有求必应，威斯汀不愧是国内高级酒店。

酒店位于重庆市中心解放碑附近，目测酒店到解放碑距离400米，周围吃喝玩乐不愁。酒店服务人员遇客人会主动打招呼，比较热情。早餐很丰富，早餐时间到10:30，对于喜欢睡觉的客人很方便。酒店停车场位子很多，住宿免费停车。

入住前搜了一下附近的酒店，4.8的评分可以说很高了，但是酒店房间很紧张，没有在spg APP上预定到，就找了第三方，当天飞机延误，到达酒店已经将近凌晨，前台办理入住，由于是spg白金卡，前台很愉快的给了幻彩套房，房间很大，床很舒适，酒店的电视很不错，配B&O音响，效果特别棒，早饭的品种也很多，东西也很精致。酒店的服务人员态度也特别好。地理位置也很好，附近很多地方可以逛和吃，很完美的一次入住体验。另外，淋浴间还有汗蒸，哈哈😄。
