酒店地理位置优越，到纪念碑、洪崖洞及轻轨站都方便，品牌酒店各项设施配套齐全，服务态度好，全智能的ToTo马桶，小朋友感觉新奇有趣。53楼的观景玻璃平台很赞，看重庆夜景调整胆量。早餐用餐环境好，品种丰富。唯一美中不足的是房间空调不能自行调节，室内温度设定27度，感觉闷热难受，虽然酒店派工程维修人员到房间处理，还是一样。
