节假日酒店门口的道路非常拥堵，到小什字和较场口地铁站距离差不多，都需步行800米左右！步行至解放碑5-8分钟，洪崖洞15分钟左右！酒店大堂在51层，入口大厅在3楼（意义上其实就是1楼），正对大门有直达51层的快速电梯！酒店有点年头，设施不是很新，加了170升级豪华高级客房，说是大了10平米，浴缸在窗口！房间设计合理，床品舒适，威斯汀的水准！浴品和房内矿泉水不怎么样！风景尚可，有江景也有城景。总的来说1800一晚有些不值！

酒店设施可以，但是服务不到位，整个大厦不光只是酒店，还有写字间，最不方便的是去停车场还得换乘电梯，太不方便。
